Shipping Courier
Your orders are usually delivered via air express. Mostly EMS, or UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEx if you specify. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment so you can track your package online through the following shipping couriers.

Delivery Time
We will begin shipping work as soon as we receiving your payment. Usually, it will take 5-7 working days to finish the delivery (Don't included customs clearance times). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

Confirmation
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order. Packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.

Customs
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the shoes stopped by customs. We are not responsible for products seized by local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds. We will do our best to help release the shoes, but if your customs hold your products and do not release back to you by any reason, rule or policy, we will not refund and are not responsible for such an instance.
If the order be ship to United State, Canada and United Kingdom , we guarantee customs clearance.

Order Adjust
We sell over ten thousand kind of products, but each kind of product stock is unceasingly changing, although the majority of products have in stock, but we cannot guarantee all products all have in stock. Therefore we need to adjust your order in the dealing. If some items are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail, you can choose the same value products to replace them, or request a partial refund through Paypal.

Refund
Only in the following circumstances you can request a refund
1. When your order has not been sent, you can request for a full refund.
2. some items are out of stock, you can request for a partial refund.
All refunds by Paypal, if you request refund by Western Union or Money Gram, We will deduct the corresponding handling charge from yours total amount

Exchange / Return
If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please E-MAIL US in advance so that arrangements can be made.
All intended exchange and returns MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS after the merchandise was received.
Buyer is responsible for ALL THE SHIPPING CHARGES for returns or exchanges.
All the exchanges and returns MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION with ORIGINAL BOX.
We offer the possibility to exchange or return BUT reserve the right to deny exchange or return if ANY of the listed condition are UNFULFILLED.
If it is not our fault, you also need to pay an additional 30% of the exchange items cost for the exchange
